I love my grandparents!

i'm going to take a break from christmas memories to post the hellish kick set we did in practice tonight. it was all sprint, the pool was 10000 degrees and a crazy manny noguchi was yelling the entire time. oh how i love michigan state swimming.
6 x 300 kick (all out) on 1:40 base
12 x 50 kick (all out) on :40
8 x 200 kick (all out) on 1:40 base
12 x 50 kick (all out) on :40
10 x 100 kick (all out) on 1:40
needless to say, i won't be doing a whole lot of dancing to bring in the new year. my legs are jello!
